Whole-person, integrated care
We treat mind, body, and nervous system together — not just the presenting problem.
Our Practice
A trauma-informed, whole-person approach to mental health and wellness in Southern Oregon.
Our Approach
At Minds in Motion Integrated Wellness, we believe that healing happens when we treat the whole person — not just the symptoms. Our integrated approach means we look at your thoughts, emotions, body, and behaviors together to support meaningful, lasting change.
We use evidence-based and brain-informed approaches tailored to each individual. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or supporting a child through challenges, our clinicians meet you where you are with compassion and clinical expertise.
Our practice is built on the values of integrity, respect, and genuine care. We create a safe, non-judgmental space where every client — regardless of background or ability to pay — has access to quality mental health support.
What Makes Us Different
We treat mind, body, and nervous system together — not just the presenting problem.
Every approach we use is grounded in an understanding of how trauma shapes the brain and body.
We focus on skills and strategies that work outside the therapy room, not just inside it.
Your care plan is built around your unique history, goals, and nervous system.
